The founder Michelle Caballero CPA, CMA ( Chartered Professional Accountant), (Certified Management Accountant) Since 2011. 

 

Michelle spent the past 15 years in various positions from Analyst to Director of Accounting and Finance positions in Commercial Real Estate. Active in developments and re-developments with budget ranges from $10M to $500M+

Her specialty is the integration of systems and reporting to deliver reliable analysis to drive financial decisions and maximize returns. Development analysis include but not limited to; Proforma, budgeting, Funding, Valuation, Reporting and Underwriting.

She pays it forward by volunteering on various organizations including CPA Canada Financial Literacy Program, Toronto Commercial Woman in Real Estate (Toronto CREW), Inclusion Diversity Equity and Allyship Committee (IDEA), REAL Jobs Day and Serves as President of the Downtown Toronto Toastmaster Club 1744.
